A Neapolitan lovers dream! 🍦 Swirled vanilla and chocolate batter is topped with a homemade strawberry buttercream icing and a touch of waffle cone for crunch! Just like the ice cream... but it won't melt in the heat! (Okay, maybe the icing will - but it won't last that long anyway! 😉)
