We are starting the year off with a bang. We are selling 'platters for 2' on Fridays and Saturdays.

This will be available for collection and delivery.
Delivery will be at an additional cost.

To place orders, you can contact me on WhatsApp to place the order and payment confirms your order.

Collection and delivery will take place between 16:00 and 18:00

I had the opportunity to make a family lunch for a client who wanted to gift her sister some time off from cooking.

We made them a proper Sunday lunch, that consisted of -
Roasted pork in a rosemary, thyme and lemon rub.
Roasted herb butter potatoes
Roasted seasonal vegetables
&
Crispy BBQ and Maple Chicken wings.

Thank you for allowing me the freedom to set this menu and cook it.

And, that's a wrap!

Did a mini wrap platter for a small get together.

The wraps were filled with
- Crispy Fried Chicken Strips, served with red pepper cream cheese.
- Caramelised Onion and Mushroom with Goat cheese spread.
- Shredded Chicken coated in cream cheese and roasted tomatoes.
- Mini cucumber slices served with Tuna.
