Today I was feeling like a broccoli and rice situation. So me and the husband decided to make a beef and veggie stir-fry over a nice steamed white rice. I used a ribeye steak and 3 whole cloves of garlic that I had fried in a pan of oil and made a nice sauce to add some glam!!!! Just delicious!!!!

Hey guys know I’ve been gone a while but here’s a good new one I experimented with today.

I’m having a seafood night. Decided to get some whole parrot fish from the market, stuffed them with onions and garlic, took off the scales and threw him on the grill with some garlic onion lathered scrimps. For the side I made a 3 cheese (aged white cheddar, finely aged Swiss, and smoked Gouda made into a white sauce) broccoli pasta (with fresh broccoli! NOM NOM YUM!!!!
