✨WHIPPED CREAM CAKES ✨ when i say you can’t pick up a whipped cream cake in the morning this is why!! this is my reality having to build the cake the morning before you pick it up if it’s going to have a chance at survival! i don’t use any stabilizers in my fresh whipped cream such as gelatin or cream cheese (cream cheese is only ever used if it will add to the flavour and it will be in the description of a cake if i use it!) having the cake built the same day you pick it up with freshly whipped cream makes it as stable as possible without the addition of stabilizers. as the cake sits in the fridge moisture will be added over time and the whipped cream will fall unlike buttercream that will become solid and more stable over time. this is why i always suggest eating a whipped cream cake the same day and eating any leftovers by the second day for optimal freshness! want to inquire? 💌 [email protected] for inquiries or schedule a booking online from the link in my bio! 🤍 #baker #tricitybaker #coquitlambaker #burkemountain #britishcolumbia #coquitlam #bc #vancouver #bakesbykenz #pastrychef #cakeartist #whippedcreamcake #strawberryshortcake
