I have taken an extended break from cookies because I have some exciting things happening in the background that have taken up much of my time.
I want to take this time to share my extreme gratitude with all my friends, family and customers that have supported me through my cookie journey. It began as a simple hobby while staying home with my 3 young kids and grew into something much bigger than I had imagined.
With all that being said I am closing the doors on Custom Cookies by Sally. 😢
Thank you all for the orders that have kept me busy for over 10 years!!

Now the exciting news!
Cookies are out and ice cream is in!
We have bought an ice cream shop in Steveston and I’ve been learning the ropes and figuring out all the pieces of running this new small business.

Opening an ice cream shop in November isn’t ideal but regardless we open this weekend and would love to see everyone!

This was a special one!
I struggled to come up with something adequate for our Oma’s 100th birthday. Nothing seemed special enough!
I wanted simple elegance with a nod to her Dutch heritage. We were so happy to pack up the cookies and skip a few days of work/school to hop on a plane and celebrate with the whole family.

I made these for Terra Nova Nature School as they celebrate 10 years!! My son was lucky enough to attend the very first year that they opened and we are so incredibly grateful for the experience!
