Hello, everyone 👋🏼 I just want to say thank you for all the phone calls, text messages, well wishes, kind words, etc. I’ve read all of them and I truly appreciate you guys. Before I made that announcement I decided not to get into too much details, but I’ve been asked repeatedly about the main question and I know a lot of you are still wondering about it so here we go:

Why are you closing?
My family and I live in Blaine, WA. When the borders reopen during the pandemic I moved back home and for over a year now I’ve been travelling and crossing the border almost everyday. When I bought the Aberdeen location last year I thought I could make it work, that it would be easy. But that much extra travel time means less time to spend with my family. It’s been really challenging living and running a business in two completely different places.

Are you keeping your vending machines operating?
Unfortunately I am completely closing my business in Canada. No more storefronts, vending machines or supplying to resellers.

Do you plan to move your business in the US?
Yes, I am going to try and start something small here in Blaine/Bellingham area. I just applied for my business license and currently waiting for it to get approved. I’ll share more updates and information once everything is in place.

Again thank you so much for the support and the love over the years. You can continue to support me by praying for me, my family and this new venture that I am hoping to start 🙏🏼 Hope to see you on our last two days at Aberdeen 💕

This post is long, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who became a part of Khaykery.

To all of our customers from every part of Canada or the USA, I can’t thank you enough. If it’s not for your support we wouldn’t have lasted this long.

To our resellers/distributors, fellow businesses, influencers/foodies, thank you so much for the partnership, friendship and I wish each and every one of you all the very best and success.

To the Philippines Consulate General in Vancouver and groups/organizations such as , .vancouver, thank you so much for allowing us to participate in your events and for giving us the chance to promote our business.

To all the staff of Robson Public Market, Aberdeen Square, Metrotown and Translink I can’t thank you enough for allowing me to open and operate my stores and vending machines at your locations. Thank you for all the kindness and guidance you’ve provided me.

To my present and previous staff, I can’t thank you enough for everything. I appreciate you all.

To my families and friends, thank you for all the love and support.

To my husband and our two sons, you are the reason why I started Khaykery. Thank you for always believing in me and for always having my back. I love you guys so much.

and last, but definitely not the least thank you God for everything. Thank you for giving me the skills and talent that I were able to use to serve others. For holding my hand when I felt so lost and giving me the courage when I felt like giving up. I don’t know where you’re taking me or what you have planned for me and my family, but I trust in you Lord.

We will be open this week Tuesday-Saturday from 10a-6p with limited items to sell.

I will be taking a break for a bit, but I am already working on starting something small here at home in Blaine, WA. I’ll definitely post once I have more info.

We’re excited to announce our new business hours! Starting tomorrow, May 19th we’ll be open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on Mondays. This change is aimed at providing more flexibility and accessibility for our valued customers. We can’t wait to serve you during these times!
