VANILLA CHAI TEA LATTE CAKE
with Mascarpone Caramel Frosting
Pecans and Toffee Bit Fillings

I must admit this was probably the one of the best combinations I have put together! The cake is light and airy with both strong and subtle chai tea flavours..but when paired the the Caramel Mascarpone Frosting..oh my goodness. It was a good thing this cake went out the door qu**ky! LOL

Vanilla Chai Tea Cupcakes with caramel and pecans.

I gave one to my neighbour who thanked me and said, “we are not really chai people”.

I received a note on my door the next day asking for me to make more soon!

So these are for Chai Tea lovers and those who dont yet know they are a chai tea cupcake lover 😉

What is better than chocolate? Chocolate cupcakes filled with fresh strawberry jam and topped with vanilla or chocolate (or both!) mascarpone frosting and then topped with chocolate covered strawberries.
