Hi there everyone!

Just want to let you know that we are closing our doors today. Its our final day in business. We have been going since 1987, I am now happy to say I am retiring. I just want to take this chance to thank all our wonderful customers, and all the great staff that have worked with K&L throughout the years, its been a great journey.

We are a production kitchen. We hand produce large apple pies, crumbles, gateaux, meringue, pavlova and supply hotel, gastro pub and restaurant with their desserts. We also make birthday and novelty cakes for retail.

about K&L

K&L was established in 1987 by Margaret Kinsella.

K&L sets out to make cakes and desserts in the tradition of Margaret’s home place near Enniscorthy Co. Wexford. Farm fresh eggs, wheat, churned butter, fresh cream, jam and seasonal fruit was the ingredients for her mother’s cakes and breads hot from the Aga in Margaret’s home when she was growing up.

K&L carries on this tradition to offer a wide variety of cakes, desserts and tarts. Our selection includes novelty; birthday; christening; communion; confirmation and wedding cakes.
