A nerve wracking experience to go on live tv but I felt it was important to highlight the issues facing our industry. While all cafes look busy, the cost of doing business is out of control and unless it is brought back inline with customer affordability many cafes and restaurants will close.
I would love to be in a position in years to come to hand my business off to my girls and to employ their friends while going through college but unless the government gets a handle on the cost of doing business that is in jeopardy.

We make very effort to make healthy takeaway ready for your breakfast and lunch, we not only do we do this but we source great ingredients, we make lots of adaptations to menu regarding allergies and we use biodegradable and recyclable packaging too 🌱🍃♻️💚

Thank you so much, what a lovely way to start off the year, it hasn't started very well for some small businesses around the country with closures during to rising costs so we honestly are so appreciative of being recognised and awarded this, and appreciative to our customers who support us in doing what we love.
