Happy 7th Birthday to BT-Dallas!
I was asked to make a shorter cake for easier cutting. Definitely out of my comfort zone to make a shorter cake, but I love it and enjoyed trying something different.
This 2 layer beauty is a vanilla bean cake filled with vanilla creme patissiere (pastry cream - I just wanted to sound fancy 🤪) and frosted in vanilla American buttercream. The AWESOME topper by . She always goes above and beyond!
